"A friend of mine asked me “why do you have so many friends on Facebook. What’s the point of it?! I bet you don’t even know all of them!!” Uhm, yeah I don’t add/accept random people I don’t know. I do use the ignore button when some random person tries to add me. He said “prove it.” I told him to go down my list and pick a name. I’ll be able to give you a story or event for each person. And oh how I proved him wrong. Proud to say I’m one of the few that has had either/or a conversation with, took a shot with, passed the ball to, shared the stage with, share the field with, hugged, high-fived, laughed with, cried with, shared a classroom with, toast a drink with, coordinate with, punched, worked with each and every one of my “online friends.” For some of the few people, I’ve been able to actually do all of that with. I do still have a bunch of people waiting for me to “confirm friendship.” and they’ll continue to wait ‘till we meet and I feel like I know them well enough. … Yup. I like to keep in touch with people I love hanging out with. #blessed"
